  1. Associates must not seek or accept gifts, favors, or payments without legitimate business purposes. Personal loans, except for conventional loans from recognized institutions, are also prohibited. Acceptable items include:
    • Common courtesies like meals with vendors, provided they are not solicited.
    • Small-value gifts, such as promotional items (e.g., pens, calendars).
    • Event tickets, if accompanied by the vendor, with prior approval.
    • Perishable holiday gifts are acceptable.
  2. Management should avoid accepting gifts exceeding nominal value from subordinates.

Conflicts of Interest

Associates must avoid situations that present or could present a conflict between personal interests and the interests of rdvvfamily.in. Any potential conflicts must be disclosed in writing to management. Conflicts include:

  1. Ownership in businesses seeking to do business with or competing against the company.
  2. Serving in a significant role with outside entities in conflict with company interests.
  3. Acting as intermediaries in transactions involving the company.

Confidential Information

Associates must protect and not disclose any confidential information obtained through their position, including business strategies, client data, or personal information of colleagues. Violations may result in disciplinary action up to termination.

Compliance

Any breaches of this policy will result in disciplinary action. Associates must report any known violations to management. Each leadership member is responsible for compliance within their areas.

SOCIAL MEDIA GUIDELINES

Introduction: Social media engagement must reflect our values. The following principles should guide your online presence:

  1. Use Good Judgment: Remember that your posts are public and permanent.
  2. Know Company Policies: Familiarize yourself with relevant policies to ensure your posts align with our standards.
  3. Speak for Yourself: Clearly distinguish your personal views from those of rdvvfamily.in, using a disclaimer when necessary.
